Scorpio governs death, power, inheritance, shadow, sexuality, grief, rage, and transformation.
Here the initiate faces the ultimate confrontation:
the battle with fear itself.
For Heru, this is the confrontation with Set —
the battle for the throne,
the fragmentation of the self,
the testing of divine legitimacy.
This stage strips illusion completely.
The initiate cannot bypass this descent.
Everything false must die.
Yet hidden within the underworld is revelation:
true power is not domination.
True power is self-mastery.
The soul emerges changed forever.
