The soul leaves the known world behind.
Cancer is the sacred crossing:
the movement between one life and another.
This stage often feels emotional, uncertain, and vulnerable.
The initiate cannot return to who they were,
yet they do not fully know who they are becoming.
Heru crosses into the deeper mysteries here —
leaving childhood protection and entering initiation.
Water becomes the threshold itself:
memory,
emotion,
ancestry,
the unconscious.
The old life begins dissolving.
The journey becomes real.
