Cycle 03: The Maiden

Timing and alignment is such a mystical thing. When we began this journey, several moons ago, I didn’t realize that this cycle would align with a full moon in Virgo: The Zodiacal Virgin Maiden, nor that this would be the Moon of Persephone (a maiden), followed by the Moon of Auset (the mother).
Now that we have made it through the introduction, entry, and altars — I am so excited to dive into the goddess archetypes as they have been continuously swirling around me in conversations, teachings, and ways I didn’t recognize before. Tua Ntr always.

This moon is traditionally linked with journeys—whether personal, emotional, or mystical. Energy directed now should focus on transformation, moving you into a new space either physically or spiritually.
The Ash (Worm) Blood Moon, March 2025
The Ash tree, associated with water, storms, and protection, has deep mythological roots. In Norse tradition, Yggdrasil—the World Tree—was a great Ash that connected the heavens, earth, and underworld. Odin hung from its branches to gain wisdom, while the Celtic magician Gwydion used its twigs for powerful magic.
This tree symbolizes deep connections between the past, present, and future, as well as the link between the physical and spiritual worlds. As its roots penetrate the earth and its branches reach the sky, the Ash reminds us that transformation requires both grounding and expansion.
This moon is a powerful time to focus on growth, change, and new beginnings.
What journey will you embark on?
Virgo / Geb:
Elevation of physical form into its ultimate, prototypical pattern. The implant of ancestral memory of divine descent into the sojourner, so that it may grow into a reservoir of wisdom that is transmitted in noble acts.
Geb personifies the natural powers that have made the mature harvest of spiritual life possible. He provides all the physical and spiritual nourishment that allows the pattern of nature to continue to multiply and the body of light to take physical form.
The Hermit:
The Fool is advised to be still so that they can learn all of their inner secrets and wisdom that lie inside. A transformation is happening from one stage of life to the next and the Fool must be attentive to the signs and changes.
Wisdom offered. Sacrifice without regret, self-care.

Where and with whom can I let go of grudges, stress and any other toxicity that is blocking me from accessing my higher self?
